A manager was tasked by senior management to establish a new department. Within a relatively short timeframe they need to recruit an international team and shape it into a high-performing unit capable of meeting the department’s expectations.
In our coachings, we clarified expectations, the target vision, the framework, and feasibility. With a clear picture in mind, the manager was able to proceed swiftly and with clarity within the constrained time frame. During a two-day deep dive to kick off the new team, the department’s vision and implementation path were shared, and the desired team culture was successfully established collectively.
