What Would the Court Jester Say?

I share my two cents wherever something is marked with red dots.

As mediators between worlds, we court jesters hold the bigger picture. We stand outside established hierarchies and have a clear mandate. We enjoy our “fool’s freedom” and speak bluntly where others dare not to speak up. We are sources of inspiration; we tread unconventional paths and stimulate reflection with our astute comments.

At Quantuum, we consciously embody the role of the court jester to bring movement into particularly deadlocked or tricky situations. Sometimes we are the court jesters ourselves. More often, we invite everyone involved to step into this role.
